PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that can completely eliminate black isolated points isolated on a binary image, independently of the shape of the isolated points. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an isolated point size designation section 105 that designates a size of isolated points; a detection area generating section 101 that generates a detected area according to the size designated by the isolated point size designation section 105; an isolated area detection section 102 that detects the detection are to be an isolated area, when a target pixel in the center of the detection area generated by the detection area generating section 101 is a part of the isolated point being the elimination object; and an isolated point pixel elimination section 104 that detects a pixel belonging to the isolated area as the isolated point pixel to apply removal processing to the pixel, when the isolated area detection section 102 detects the isolated area. |
