OPTICAL FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct sticking type optical filter which not only has a conventional function to intercept near IR rays and electromagnetic waves emitting from a plasma display panel but also improves safeness for practical use. SOLUTION: The safeness of the optical filter for practical use is improved by using a flame-retardant material showing <30 seconds burning duration in the vertical flammability test specified by the UL standard 94 for the all transparent polymer films which constitute the optical filter.
