PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications equipment converting voice information into character information and providing an output that selects the output form of information after conversion, depending on the contents of the information to enhance practicality of this type. SOLUTION: An automatic telephone message recorder 1 with facsimile functions is provided with an image conversion section 7, that converts voice information and voice associated information stored in the voice information storage section 58 into character information. A particular phrase, relating to emergency of information or the like, is registered to a particular phrase registration section 94 in advance. When no particular phrase exists in the character information after the conversion, a monochromatic print font is set as print color information of the character information, while when a particular phrase does exist in the character information after the conversion, a color font is set as the print color information of the character information. |
