PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of data which are delivered on network. SOLUTION: When individual data are transferred from a potable terminal 2-1 to an individual server 5, the terminal 2-1 enciphers the individual data to be transferred with an individual A disclosed key and transmit the data to the individual server 5. The server 5 deciphers the received enciphered individual data with an individual A secret key, enciphers the data with a disclosed key of the individual server 5, and stores the data. When the individual data are transferred from the individual server 5 to the portable terminal 2-1, the enciphered individual data are deciphered with the secret key of the individual server 5, enciphered with a terminal 2-1 disclosed key corresponding to the potable terminal 2-1 of a transmission destination, and transmitted to the potable terminal 2-1. It deciphers the received enciphered individual data with a terminal 2-1 secret key and stores the data.
