PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform a constant current-constant voltage discharge control even when a specific cell is removed, by detecting the total voltage of a battery pack by measuring the voltage of respective cells of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack evaluation test system is composed of a battery pack evaluation test device 3 equipped with a removing device 11 which houses cell voltage detecting lines VL0,..., VLn detecting the output voltages of respective cells C0,..., Cn at every cells C0,..., Cn, and performs removal/ connection of respective cells C0,..., Cn at every cells C0,..., Cn, a charge- discharge part 2 which detects the output voltage of respective cells C0,..., Cn, from respective cell voltage detecting lines VL0,..., VLn, and detects the total voltage of the battery pack by summing up the detected output voltages, and a control application 1 commanding the charge-discharge part 2 to detect the total voltage of the battery pack.
