PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability by specifying and selecting an arbitrary string when information on internet is browsed by a portable radio telephone thereby retrieving the connection address of the opposite party automatically. SOLUTION: In the portable radio telephone A which browses information on internet by making a connection through a radio channel with a plurality of radio base stations being connected with a switching center by wire, an arbitrary string existing in the information under browsing is collated with a registered string of incorporated directory information. When a selected arbitrary string has been registered in the directory information and the opposite party corresponding to the arbitrary string is detected in the directory information, a control section 5 sets a call to the opposite party.
