PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reflection of signals inputted from the off-side terminal of a switching circuit for high frequency, and in addition, to realize high isolation between the on-side and off-side terminals of the circuit. SOLUTION: An inductor L1, having an inductance which resonates with a capacitance that acts when a switch element SW1 is turned off, is connected to both ends of the element SW1. Similarly, another inductor L2 is connected to both ends of another switching element SW2. When, for example, capacitances exist at both ends of the element SW1 at the time the element SW1 is turned off, signals leak and pass through the element SW1, but because of the inductor L1, the resistance values at both ends ideally become infinite and the isolation between terminals P1 and P2 is improved.
