PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management system that can register/confirm/ delete/revise a schedule from an unspecified place and limit a user to which the schedule is open depending on the confidentiality of the schedule. SOLUTION: The schedule management system comprises a plurality of mobile stations 102 possessed by users, a private branch exchange 101 that manages calls from the mobile stations, a plurality of wireless base stations 103 that attain communication between the private branch-4 exchange and the mobile stations through wireless channels, and a schedule management device that is connected to the private branch exchange to manage schedules registered by the users. Each user uses its mobile station to register the schedule and confirm the schedule registered from the mobile station. Furthermore, the schedule management system sets group setting information denoting a group whose schedule can be opened and priority setting information denoting the importance of the schedule and can open the schedule only to the mobile stations satisfying conditions denoted by the information items above.
