PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a wireless communication channel in matching with the purpose of a user, in consideration of the characteristics of each wireless communication channel. SOLUTION: A communication channel selection strategy storage section 15 stores the strategy for selecting a communication channel, designated by a user using an entry section 16. Each of communication channel storage section 10-12 stores communication information, such as connection information of each of radio channel 17-19, a communication history, charging system and information about how much percentage of available communication bands are used. A communication channel selection control section 13 makes reference to the communication information stored in each of the communication channel storage sections 10-12 to select a radio channel to be used, according to the plan of the communication channel selection stored in the communication channel selection plan storage section 15 to turn on the corresponding communication channel switch. A communication path communication control section, connected to the closed communication channel switch makes data communication by using the corresponding radio channel. Thus, the automatic selector selects the radio channel in matching with the purpose of a user, by taking into account the characteristic of each radio channel.
