PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a security system for protecting a signal at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the security system, there is used a decision device for deciding whether the communication data 5 between two positions 2, 3 are true or false based on the time delay intrinsic between the two positions 2, 3. The time delay is so defined by the common time coordinate system which is made common to each other between the two positions 2, 3 as to define the simultaneity of the communication data. The decision device (not shown) decides whether the communication data are true or false based on the time information specified by the common time coordinate system. While in the case of utilizing only the delay time, the mixture of an interference signal is not prevented completely when the delay amount is stolen by the outsider, in the case of transmitting the data based on the assigned transmitting time, the interference signal can be excluded completely.
