PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of parts caused by a shock at the time of transportation or the like. SOLUTION: An optical pickup part 10 is supported by a supporting base 21 so as to be slidable, and is moved along a spindle 22 by a rack part 21a driven by a driving gear 25. Moreover, a sliding member 23 integrally formed with a shutter member 23b is engaged with the supporting base 21 so as to be slidable and is moved along the spindle 22 by the rack part 23a driven by the driving gear 25. When the optical pickup part 10 is positioned in the direction of the arrow A, for example, it is shocked in the direction of the arrow B, inertia force of the optical pickup part 10 is transmitted to the sliding member 23 due to the abutment of a latching pawl 21c on a limiting part 23g, however, since the rack part 23a is engaged with the driving gear 25, the sliding member 23 is not moved, and the optical pickup part 10 is not moved in the direction of the arrow B. Therefore, the driving gear 25 is prevented from being damaged by collision of the rack part 21a.
