PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading mechanism preventing two-disk insertion without a disk being clamped by members inside a case body in whichever direction the disk is inserted from a disk insertion port when another disk is already mounted on a reproducing position. SOLUTION: This disk loading mechanism clamps the disk by a disk guide 2a and a disk carrying roller 6 freely rotatably supported by a disk carrying roller supporting member 4 freely turnably supported by a disk reproducing part chassis 2 and carries the disk between the outside of the case body and the reproducing position by the rotation of the disk carrying roller 6. The disk carrying roller supporting member 4 is made to support the disk carrying roller 6 on a disk insertion direction side from a turning center shaft 5, and projection parts 4a and 4b for the two-disk insertion prevention are provided on both of a disk carrying path side and the opposite side of a disk carrying path at a tip part on a disk entrance side from the turning shaft center 5.
