PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input/output processor for dealing with storage and transfer system, capable of easily and surely saving or sharing scanned image data. SOLUTION: The image input/output processor for dealing with storage and transfer system is provided with a retrieval managing part P13 for retrieving the image input/output processor, capable of storing image data read by an image reading part 22 (32 and 42), an information storage managing part P4 for individually acquiring information in the image input/output processor, which can be acquired as a retrievable device by the retrieval managing part P13, and a security managing part P8 for inquiring whether access is enabled to the image input/output processor, which acquires information, and the information storage managing part P4 acquires a storable size or the like from the accessible image input/output processor. When access is enabled, processing to the image input/output processor which acquires the information is finished, and information is acquired individually in the other image input/output processor, which can be acquired as a retrievable device by the retrieval managing part P4.
