SUBSTANCE: method for processing of material including combinations of aluminium and plastic, for example, bottle caps having a plastic coating, consists in pyrolysis of plastic in an inert atmosphere by heating to a temperature of about 550 C and cracking of gases or vapors that are released in the process of pyrolysis, reburning of coke remaining on aluminium in the process of pyrolysis is accomplished. The invention provides for a device for processing of material including combinations of aluminium and plastic, containing a means for pyrolysis, provided with a heater for heating to a temperature equal approximately to 550 C, charging devices for bottle caps with a plastic coating that are to be processed, and a discharging device of aluminium material. The device is provided with a device for reburning of coke residues adhered to aluminium material connected to the device for unloading of the means for pyrolysis made in the form of a drum. EFFECT: produced closed cycle of processing of old bottle cap and production of new aluminium caps with a plastic coating. 10 cl, 1 dwg</p> |
