摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium wherein signal reproduction characteristics is improved, even in the case of recording by high recording power, by changing the surface state of a pigment recording layer although the adhesion of the pigment recording layer and a reflection layer can not be improved just by an annealing processing and an optical processing in the method of preventing the deterioration of jitters caused by the occurrence of peeling at the boundary of the recording layer and the reflection layer at the time of recording by the high recording power in the optical information recording medium. SOLUTION: This optical recording information medium is of layer constitution for which the recording layer whose main components are organic pigments, the reflection layer and a protective layer are successively provided on a substrate, and the recording layer is formed by spin-coating a solution for which pigment materials are dissolved in organic solvent. At the time of performing a cross-cut adhesion test mentioned in JIS K 5400 6.15 from a position above the protective layer, the number of squares where peeling occurs at the boundary of the recording layer and the reflection layer is 20% or less of the whole.
