PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy charge unit cost setting method capable of load leveling of electric power. SOLUTION: When a power consumption measured value and a power consumption forecast value are large, the energy charge unit cost is set to be high, thereby restraining power usage of demanders. On the contrary, when the power consumption measured value and the power consumption forecast value are small, the energy charge unit cost is set to be low, thereby urging the demanders to use electric power. |
