PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer device capable of increasing transfer speed at the time of transferring data between a data transfer bus and a communication line. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a storage means (RAM 24-1 to 24-4) having at least two or more banks and a transfer processing section 23 capable of accessing the storage means for each bank. The section 23 uses the banks in the storage means to store transfer data, and transfers the data via the banks.
