<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly write collected data in a data base by correlating it with master data. SOLUTION: This invention is provided with the data base(DB) 9 to register and store master data(MD) by correlating it with a corresponding data ID (ID), a temporary storage part 3 to temporarily store a transmitted MD and a corresponding ID when the contents of the registered MD are modified and the modified MD is transmitted with the corresponding ID or when an MD which is not registered is transmitted with a corresponding ID, a condition setting part 5 to set registration timing to register and store the MD which is not registered in the DB 9 to the DB 9 and to simultaneously set update timing to update the MD which is temporarily stored and the contents of which are updated to the contents after the modification and to store it in the DB 9, and a data write judging part 4 to store the temporarily stored MD in the DB 9 by correlating it with the corresponding ID, to update the MD which is temporarily stored and the contents of which are updated to the contents after the modification and to store it in the DB 9 by correlating it with the corresponding ID.</p> |
