PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment support system capable of certainly applying treatment in accordance with instructed contents by forming proper treatment instruction and preventing the occurrence of mistakes on a patient and treated articles such as medicines. SOLUTION: Patient discrimination information is input from the patient, and an individual information data of the patient in an individual information data base 2 is acquired by the patient discrimination information. Collation of consistency of the acquired individual information data and treatment support contents based on a diagnostic result is carried out. When the consistency exists, a treatment support data is formed.
