PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which provide link information on multimedia contents on the Internet so that an Internet user can easily access specific multimedia contents that the user oneself needs. SOLUTION: A web page operating module can add, alter, or remove a default web page including link information on at least one multimedia content provided on the Internet so that it can be displayed in a web browser, and default web page constitution and contents and information regarding multimedia contents on the Internet is periodically or always gathered through interaction with the web page operating module in response to retrieval conditions which are already set.
