Cone phase electrode is coaxially arranged in body onto dielectric partition. Phase electrode has threaded portion passing through dielectric partition and threaded sleeve. Cone phase electrode and cone lower portion of heater body allow to smoothly adjust power of water heater without correction of electrical conductivity of heated liquid.
