PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove a noise component with a long duration which is mixed into an input signal. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with an edge detecting means 102 for detecting the level inversion of an input signal and outputting a detected signal, a timer count means 103 starting counting operation until a predetermined time at the time of inputting the detected signal and outputting a signal with the same level as that of the input signal during counting, and a mask means 101 for taking in a signal outputted from the means 103 as the input signal and outputting it. |
