PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that can prevent the occurrence of toner stains on the surface of a photoreceptor at the time of mixing an unused new toner and a used toner. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic image forming device is provided with a developing device 200 for writing an image by irradiating the surface of a charged photoreceptor 100 with light, bringing a toner carrier 210 into contact with the photoreceptor 100 corresponding to the optically written image, shifting the toner and performing development.
