PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature operation type fuel cell capable of restricting the generation of crack due to the thermal stress of the cell to improve the durability without generating the output of the fuel cell. SOLUTION: Several cells 11 are provided in the same surface of the high- temperature type fuel cell 10, and shape and size of the cells 11 are formed different in response to the temperature distribution within the surface. Size of the cell is formed smaller, as a temperature difference is larger in the temperature distribution. Temperature distribution depends on the arrangement of an inlet and an outlet for the gas, and size of the cell is formed smaller at a part closer to the inlet or the outlet for the gas. |
