PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing a communication fee, which was borne by a user, to be distributed, at need, to sponsor companies when the user utilizes a site having advertisement information inserted therein. SOLUTION: A portable radio browser terminal 101 such as for I-mode and a portable ratio base station 102 are connected to an advertisement site 103 through the Internet 100. The advertisement site 103 comprises a personal data base 104 and an advertisement data base 105. A general site 106 is a conventional contents information providing site and has a contents information data base 107, and responding to a request from the Internet, a Web server distributes contents information. |
