PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable several communication partners to directly send packets to a c/o address by informing them in advance of the up dated c/o address of a mobile terminal in a mobile network which handles mobile terminals. SOLUTION: When the mobile terminal MN detects its transfer to a foreign link to which it is connected, it acquires a new destination address (S101) and sends a binding renewal request to which a list of communication partners is attached to a home agent HA (S102). The home agent HA sends the binding renewal request to the communication partners CN1-CNm in the list of communication partners for informing them of a pair of the new destination address and the home address (S103). The communication partners CN1-CNm renew their binding cache and send packets to the mobile terminal MN directly to its destination address from the first packet (S106).
