PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a log for analyzing the time-sequential change of a temperature controller when any abnormality is generated in a temperature controller. SOLUTION: When any abnormal situation is discovered in a temperature controller, the control state of the temperature controller is monitored in each prescribed log recording cycle within a prescribed log collecting period.
