PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a program for performing a desired processing at the side of a client. SOLUTION: A server 2 is connected to a plurality of client terminals 1 in a client-server system. The system is provided with an I/F 21 for inputting a program control instruction from the client terminal 1, a program file 33 for storing a basic processing program for performing a processing by the inputted program control instruction and storing a plurality of control codes, an agent function part 23 and a control part both for generating a changed program obtained by changing the contents of the basic processing program through the use of the stored control codes based on the inputted program control instruction. A calculation is performed by using the changed program which is generated by the agent function part 23 and the control part 24 based on inputted information and, then, an arithmetic result is outputted to the client terminal 1.
