PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to actively establish, manage and extinguish an information sharing group as the manager of the information sharing group. SOLUTION: The first transmitter of information decides a member who is to share information in the unit of an attribute or an individual, selects an information sharing means such as a bulletin board function on a mailing list and WEB and a shared folder function and sets access authority with respect to information by the individual sharing means.
