PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a non-linear distortion by the symbol, without changing the transmission power of a transmission signal itself. SOLUTION: An OFDM-transmitting device 1 for transmitting an orthogonal frequency division multiple(OFDM) signal comprises an OFDM modulation block 12, in which an input signal is subjected to inverse Fourier transformation by the symbol, to generate the OFDM signal of a base band; a DC component calculation block 13 for calculating the DC component of the OFDM signal in each OFDM symbol; and a DC component applying block 14 for adding the calculated DC component to the OFDM signal output from the OFDM modulation block 12 in each OFDM symbol.
