PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of transmitting signal between substrates by which radiation noise can be reduced. SOLUTION: A plurality of bits of same-phase transmitting signals S41-1 to S41-n outputted from a transmitting signal section 41 provided in a transmission substrate 40 is driven by means of a driver 42. The driven signals S42-1 to S42-n are outputted from a connector 44 to common bus wiring 61-1 to 61-n provided in a back board 60 through bus wiring 43-1 to 43-n having different wiring lengths at every bit. Consequently, the peak of radiation noise from the connector 44 can be suppressed. A plurality of bits of temporally deviated transmitting signals S42-1 to S42-n is transmitted to the connector 54 and sent to bus wiring 53-1 to 53-n having different wiring lengths at every bit and provided in a reception substrate 50. Then the signals S42-1 to S42-n are delayed in the wiring 53-1 to 53-n so that inter-bit phases may become the same, received by means of a receiver 52, and inputted to a receiving signal section 51. Therefore, reception can be performed precisely.
