PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film and a manufacturing method of an organic EL element using it, in which neither distortion nor peeling of burrs is produced on their surfaces and end faces, when a metal film, especially a metal thick film are formed by the transferring method using this transfer film. SOLUTION: In the transfer film, which has the metal film at least as a transferring layer on a base film, the transfer film, in which the metal film is divided into two or more domains that are continuous or intermittent, is used.
