PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform maintenance processing without causing complication of operation or a problem in crime prevention. SOLUTION: A card issuing machine 20 comprises a main body housing 21 with an open front face, storing a fill processing part 50 inside it; a door body 22 provided in the main body housing 21 such that the front face can be opened and closed; an auxiliary door body 23 openably and closably disposed in a part of the outer surface of the door body 22, allowing input of maintenance information to a handy terminal input machine 130 in the opening; and an auxiliary door book lock means 24 lockable in a closing state of the auxiliary door body 23.
