<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly operable semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with DAMC which efficiently transfers data. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an edge detection circuit which selectively detects at least the rise or fall of a request signal and converts it into the pulse of one cycle. A detected pulse signal is accumulated in a queue circuit as an outer request queue and a data transfer operation is performed by DMAC in accordance with the accumulated queue.</p> |
