<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of collecting FCD(Floating Car Data) efficiently. SOLUTION: This FCD collection system collecting FCD measured in a running vehicle is provided with an on-vehicle apparatus 10 mounted in the running vehicle and provided with a holding function for FCD measured values, a receiving function for broadcasting information, a display function for received information, and a radio communication function with a network, an information providing means 30 for providing the broadcasting information to the running vehicle, and an access server 70 for providing the information obtained by getting access to URL. The on-vehicle apparatus transmit the held FCD measured values to the access server by radio when it demands the related information of the received broadcasting information from the access server. The access server stores and holds the FCD measured values received from the on-vehicle apparatus and provides the related information specified from the on-vehicle apparatus to the on-vehicle apparatus after getting access to URL and obtaining the related information. Consequently, FCD can be collected in the access server without bearing communication cost on the center side.</p> |
