<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem with the ability measurement inspection for infants and children to be carried out by using a personal computer or the Internet; there is heretofore a need for previously making the infants and the children learn the operation of a keyboard and mouse. SOLUTION: The inspection problems and learning programs provided by a host computer are answered at home by using the exclusive keyboard provided with up to five key buttons developed to be easily used by the infants and the children without special training and the personal computer connected to the Internet, by which the infant members all over the world can be provided with the ability measurement inspection and analysis services for the infants. Also, the drastic curtailment of costs and standardization are made possible by the keyboard to be exclusively used by the infants of worldwide common specifications and the inspection problems and the learning programs of worldwide common specifications.</p> |
