PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a commodity in a commodity presentation site, and to improve the buying efficiency. SOLUTION: A server presents a project commodity and an actual price to invite application for purchase and application for purchase with price condition of users. Commodity price is computed on the basis of the number of application for purchase and the number of application for purchase with conditions. When an applicant for purchase with condition exists, the server informs the applicant for purchase with conditions that the price becomes the applicant's recommended price.
