PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to grasp simply the increasing or decreasing state of numerical value information on the sales ability, the labor cost, the necessary expenses or the like in each position unit, when the personnel change or the organization change is executed on an organization chart. SOLUTION: In this organization chart editing device 1, a CPU 2 displays the organization chart including employee names and position unit names on a display part 5. When organization chart simulation is executed concerning the personnel change or the organization change and an optional employee name is changed to another position unit by an input part 3, the CPU 2 refers to the numerical value information on the sales ability, the labor cost, the expenses or the like of the employee stored in an employee information file 81, totalizes the numerical value information of the position unit before the change and the numerical value information of the position unit after the change, and displays the totalization result totalized in each position unit on the position corresponding to each position unit on the organization chart. |
