PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method in remodeling works capable of reducing the cost without lowering the quality of works by requesting a plurality of firms to make an estimate of the cost of uniform specifications by negotiation on the amount of money. SOLUTION: A list of works related to remodeling of a mansion is created, and according to the list of works, an estimate of the cost of works is requested to a plurality of firms, the estimates are compared by each list of works, a low cost is replaced to create a new estimate of the whole works, and an order of remodeling works is placed according to a new written estimate. |
