摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the power collection electrode of a solar battery that is formed by bonding a metal conductor using conductive paste so that high power collection efficiency can be obtained. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film (30) is laminated on a solar battery module (20). A foil-like conductor (40) that is made of copper, is as thick as 20-30μm, and is as wide as approximately 5 mm, is bonded onto the surface of the transparent conductive film by conductive paste (50). A round-rod- shaped conductor (41) also made of copper is extended in nearly a vertical direction to the longitudinal direction of the foil-like conductor from the foil-like conductor, and is bonded to the surface of the transparent conductive film by the same conductive paste. The comb-shaped power collection electrode (100), where the foil-like conductor becomes a backbone section (110), and the round-rod-shaped conductor is a tooth-shaped section (200), is composed. Also, the round-rod-shaped conductor used for the tooth-shaped section is allowed to have a line diameter (d) of 200μm or less, length L from the foil-like backbone section is 200 mm or less, and an interval S is 20 mm or less.</p>
