PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure wherein electromagnetic wave absorbing plates are mounted on the surfaces of metal plates of a case in completely tight contact. SOLUTION: The mounting structure involves fittings 7 secured on the case on which the wave absorbing plates are to be mounted; the wave absorbing plates 4 that are pressed against the surfaces 2a of the metal plates 2 of the case 1; pressing devices 8 that are attached to the fittings 7 and press the wave absorbing plates 4 against the surfaces 2a of the metal plates 2. The pressing devices 8 are formed by integrally molding anchor portions 9 pressed into the fittings 7 and pressing portions 10 for pressing the wave absorbing plates 4 against the surfaces 2a using rubber.
