PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain insertion-coupling property with a counterpart connector in good order even with some displacement while keeping sealing performance by filling and hardening of potting agent. SOLUTION: An inner plate 50 for positioning and holding a terminal 40 in the direction of connector insertion-coupling A is housed in a connector housing 31, and is supported in free movement toward the direction B crossing the connector insertion-coupling direction. A core wire exposed part of electric wire 6 is placed at a position away from the terminal 40, and is sealed by filling and hardening a potting agent 10 inside the connector housing 31, at a position where deformation of the wire 6 accompanied by movement of the inner plate 50 is allowed. The inner plate is provided with a guide part 55 guiding the terminal 40 holding the inner plate 50 to a regular insertion-coupling with a terminal of a counterpart connector 80.
