PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming form for strips of paper for money envelops or gifts which enables a user to easily form desired strips of paper by utilizing the font of writing with a writing brush or a square style of writing of a personal computer or word processor. SOLUTION: The form which adapts itself to the printer of the personal computer or word processor is formed with perforations which are disconnecting lines so as to be divided into the plural strips of paper and the respective segments of the strips of paper are printed with the patterns of noshi (a long thin strip of dried sea-ear symbol attached to a gift), mizu-hiki (a paper string), etc.
