PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor that reconfirms past information such as overlooked video and audio failed to hear in viewing information comprising video and audio and restores to viewing again of the original information after the confirmation. SOLUTION: A recording and reproducing section 101 receives an input signal comprising a video signal and an audio signal and sequentially records the input signal. A sound volume measurement section 103 receives the input signal given to the recording and reproducing section 101 to measure the loudness of the sound volume and a change in the sound volume. A control section 204 receives a measurement result by the sound volume measurement section 103 and gives an instruction to an output processing section 102 so as to provide an output of one signal or a synthesis signal of the both in the signal (signal A) received by the recording and reproducing section 101 and the signal (signal B) recorded by the recording and reproducing section 101.
