The incinerator consists of a completely enclosed parallelepiped structure (2) with a chimney (27) for discharging smoke and fumes at the top, and a hopper (5) to receive the waste. The hopper has at least one inclined metal grille wall (7) forming a chamber for the passage of recycled combustion gases, while an air/air heat exchanger (15) is located after the hopper to heat air drawn from outside for the combustion process. The hopper wall (8) opposite the inclined grille (7) is also inclined, made from refractory concrete, and is fed with air by pipes (19) connected to the heat exchanger. |
