SUBSTANCE: hydraulic classifier includes body; sifting appliance located along said body and made of sieves connected in pairs by shells; branch pipe for intake of water and discharge of fine fraction installed at opposite diagonal corners of body in its longitudinal cross-section; and branch pipes of introduction and discharge of suspension located at other opposite diagonal corners of body in its longitudinal cross-section and conjugated with internal space of each pair of sieves; vibrator connected with sifting surface. Connected to branch pipe supplying suspension are flexible pipelines carrying expanding nozzles with curved spiral guides on their internal surface and located in internal space of each pair of sieves interconnected by flexible plates. Said expanding nozzles are arranged in tiers within half height of chamber for suspension. Side end of chambers for suspension are guarded by net. EFFECT: higher productivity of classifier and efficiency of fibrous material classification. 4 dwg
