<p>In order to realize a robust magnetic structure of a magnet device for generating a uniform magnetic field, enhance the economical efficiency, and improve the uniformity of the magnetic field, a magnetic pole, a magnet device, and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus are provided. The magnetic poles opposed to each other across a measurement space and each having at least either a plurality of cavities or a single cavity having a continuously changing shape in a section perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field produced in the measurement space is characterized in that the arrangement of the cavities and the shape of the single cavity is adjusted so as to uniform the magnetic field. The magnet device and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus both comprise such magnetic poles.</p> |
