A notification method of operation information of an apparatus, comprising adding at least one information of information on a user of an object apparatus, information of an operation procedure of the object apparatus concerning a problem having occurred in the object apparatus, information of an operation history of the object apparatus, information in which an operation condition of the object apparatus is set, and information of an existing image of the object apparatus to message information indicating a content of transmission information, and transmitting the at least one information to a terminal apparatus of a pre-designated transmission destination from a terminal apparatus of a transmitter via a communication line. |
