The ventilated fuel tank on the inside in its lower section has at least one strongly polar material strip which is directed to a central collecting point (4) for condensation water upon which is installed a water separator to remove the condensation water from the inside of the tank. The polar material strips extend across the wingspan and may be in the form of thin fibers or porous hollow fibers.
