The invention relates to a printing unit of a rotary printing press, comprising a cylinder (14) and a printing group (02) that co-operates with said cylinder in a print-on position, said printing group comprising a transfer cylinder (04) and two form cylinders (06, 07) that can be selectively set against the transfer cylinder. The printing group is configured as a module and is positioned so that it can be displaced in its entirety in relation to the cylinder that co-operates with said printing group.
